She is an independent consultant and a former VP of finance for Allegheny Technologies Incorporated. Her previous board service includes time as a director and audit committee member of Finacity Corporation and director and executive committee member of Dress for Success Worldwide. During her nearly 11-year tenure with Alcoa, she reached the position of CFO, global rolled products. She is a board member and development chair of Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation, a veteran mentor of American Corporate Partners and a volunteer mentor of SCORE Mentor Pittsburgh.
Dr. Denis Mowbray
Dr. Denis Mowbray, FCG, FGNZ, is director of Gryphon Management Consultants and global vice president of The Chartered Governance Institute. A recognized governance and strategy specialist, he is also a consultant of Oceania Sport Education Program and a member of BNI. He served as president and chair of Governance New Zealand Inc. and chairman of Gymnastics New Zealand. His board service includes time as chair of the advisory boards of VIP Security and Dynamic Composites. He has served as a visiting lecturer at AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand, and as a business advisor for Ecardz Ltd. and Brush Technology Ltd.

Patricia Lenkov is an advisory board member of SwarmDynamics.ai and BoardProspects Inc. She is founder and president of Agility Executive Search LLC, strategic partner of Rosenzweig & Company Inc. and advisor of ZMH Advisors. A contributor to Forbes, Lenkov served as senior managing director of Teneo. She was a recruiter for Spencer Stuart and a senior associate of Heidrick & Struggles. Lenkov is the author of the book, Time’s Up: Why Boards Need to Get Diverse Now.
